Released php copy/paste detector (phpcpd) 8.0.0. Made codebase refactoring and updated environment for the support team.
For phpcpd v8.0.0 minimum requirements is php 8.3, but you can still use phpcpd v7.0.1 in case you are using php 8.2.
Updated composer dependencies and tests to the PHPUnit 11. Updated dev environment for support team to the php 8.4, Phing 3.0, added code quality tools: ecs, phpstan, added make commands and documentation.
